我们的使命 WHAT WE DO

镜盦长老秉承观世音菩萨救苦救难的慈悲精神，透过观音亭福利基金设立急救基金、教育基金、慈悲杂志、周日儿童佛学班与图书馆，多年来为社会公益慈善、文化教育事业，作出巨大的贡献，也在这多元种族的国度，提高佛教慈悲及圆融的形象。

Venerable Keng Ang through establishment of Kwan Inn Teng Foundation set up Emergency Fund, Education Fund, Buddha Magazine, Sunday Children Dharma Class and Library to carry out its mission as a charitable organization.

急救基金

EMERGENCY FUND

援助贫病交迫的各种族（洗肾费、医药费或生活费等等）；捐款给老人院、孤儿院、特殊儿童中心、慈善医药中心与洗肾中心；布施各族贫困的家庭；救济灾民。

To help those in need of assistance financially or in kinds, regardless of race or creed, who by reason of age, ill-health, misfortune or infirmity are wholly or in part unable to maintain themselves and their dependents by their own exertions.

教育基金

EDUCATION FUND

发放奖学金给家境清寒，且品学兼优的各族中学生与大学生；拨款赞助雪隆的华文独立中学；拨款给宣扬与推动正信佛教的组织、非政府组织和慈善机构或团体。

To help secondary, pre-university and local university or college students with excellent exam results that come from poor family. Last year, the Foundation presents a total of RM472,000 in donations and scholarships to 25 charitable organisations and 148 students.

《慈悲》杂志

BUDDHA MAGAZINE

透过文字般若，启迪明心，培养正信学佛风气。发扬慈悲精神，促进国民团结；.净化人心，提高社会道德水平；弘扬爱心，支持社会福利工作。

To spread the teachings of the Buddha throughout Malaysia even to overseas through text. Our Buddhist quarterly magazine have published 102 issues since its first publication in 1992.

周日儿童佛学班

SUNDAY CHILDREN DHARMA CLASS

开放给7岁以上的儿童与青少年报名，让他们从小认识正信佛教，续佛慧命。提供学佛平台于儿童及青少年，同时也积极培训义工教师团。

To educate children and teenagers to become good people with kindness and compassion by instilling knowledge of Dharma. Sunday Children Dharma Class starts from 9:00 am to 10:45 am.

佛教与大众图书馆

BUDDHIST AND PUBLIC LIBRARY

提供借阅佛学藏书及各类书籍，同时设有舒适的冷气环境，每逢周末上午11时至下午4时开放于公众使用。

One of the main reasons the Library was established is for Buddhist studies which has greatly helped in propagating the Dharma, also to foster reading culture and encourage lifelong learning at all ages.
